Chef Dimu is a world class pastry chef and artisan who has a wealth of knowledge and over 25 years of internationally acquired experience.
After discovering his passion and talents for creating beautiful edible artwork the young age of 17, his vision was to one day start an establishment where he can assist in bringing imagination to reality, weather it be through a wedding cake, a unique table arrangement/centre piece or simply putting together a feast of edible art. In 2005 Dimu and along with his Family moved to Canada and currently live in Barrie, Ontario.
He comes from humble beginnings and practices patience and perfection that he transfers into his works of art as much as he can.
Dimu has entered his amazing work in various exhibitions and contests and has won many awards, one of which is participating and winning 2 Gold Medals in the IKA/Culinary Olympics in 2008, which is held ever 4 years in Erfurt, Germany.
